What You'll Walk Away With

CAPM Eligibility Check
Know exactly whether CAPM is the right certification for your situation: who it's designed for, what qualifies you, and whether it's worth pursuing right now.

Hitting deadlines, coordinating people, managing budgets, solving problems on the fly, keeping things on track when plans change. You've been doing project management your whole life. This workshop shows you how to turn those skills into a credential.

Leave with a clear roadmap: what to do in the next 30, 60, and 90 days to get certified and land your first PM role.
Who This Is For
You want to break into project management but don't have "Project Manager" on your resume yet
You're applying to jobs but not getting interviews, and you're not sure what's missing
You're overwhelmed by certification options (PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Google) and don't know which one is actually worth it
You want a career with real earning potential, job security, and the flexibility to work remotely
You're in a coordinator, analyst, or admin role and ready to move into project-based work
You want a clear path forward, not more vague advice about "networking" and "upskilling"
Sound Familiar?
You know you're capable. You've managed projects at work, even if your title doesn't say "Project Manager." But when you apply, nothing happens. You're not sure if you need a certification, which one to get, or if it even matters. Meanwhile, you keep seeing people with less experience land the roles you want.
Applying with no callbacks
No PM title on your resume
Confused about which certification
Overwhelmed by conflicting advice
Stuck in a role you've outgrown
Not sure what's actually missing
Meet Mariama
Mariama was 24 years old with a master's degree. She couldn't land work in her field and was earning about $20 an hour. She was discouraged, doing everything "right" but getting nowhere.
We didn't do anything dramatic. We got strategic. We identified her transferable skills, repositioned her resume to reflect project coordination experience she already had, and she earned a certification that gave her credibility in the language hiring managers understand.

Role
This is Mariama's story, not a guarantee. Your timeline and circumstances are unique. But strategic positioning creates possibilities that random applications never will.

I've spent 13+ years in technology, delivery, and program leadership, working inside enterprise environments where I've seen exactly how hiring decisions get made, how careers stall, and what actually moves the needle.
I've trained and certified over 1,000 professionals, and I teach the way I wish someone had taught me: grounded, strategic, and honest about what works.

CAPM Clarity
One of the things we'll cover in the workshop, simplified here.
The Certified Associate in Project Management is a globally recognized credential from PMI (Project Management Institute). It's designed specifically for people entering or early in their project management careers.
Unlike the PMP, you don't need years of PM experience. It's the entry point into the PMI ecosystem and a signal to employers that you understand project management fundamentals.
PMI requires one of the following:
A high school diploma or associate's degree + 23 hours of project management education
OR a bachelor's degree or higher
That's it. If you have a degree, you likely already qualify. If not, the education hours are included in proper CAPM prep programs.
What Happens After
At the end of the workshop, I'll share information about my upcoming CAPM cohorts for those who want hands-on support getting certified. It's completely optional. You'll leave with value either way. But if you want the full pathway, here's what's available:

No pressure, just information for those who want it.
Questions
Yes. There's no credit card required, no hidden fees. I'll share information about my paid CAPM cohort at the end for those interested, but the workshop itself delivers real value regardless of what you decide to do next.
A replay will be available for a limited time if you can't attend live. That said, attending live means you can ask questions and get personalized answers, which is where much of the value comes from.
Not at all. This workshop is specifically designed for people who want to break into project management or formalize skills they already have. No prior PM title required.
That's exactly what we'll cover. One of the three takeaways is a clear eligibility and best-fit check, so you'll leave knowing whether CAPM makes sense for your specific situation.
Most "free trainings" are 45-minute sales pitches with 10 minutes of content. This is the opposite: 50+ minutes of teaching with a brief, optional overview of next steps at the end. You'll leave with frameworks you can actually use.
A computer or phone with internet access. I recommend having something to take notes. There's real content here, and you'll want to capture the 90-day roadmap we build together.
Join the free workshop. Get the frameworks. Make your own decision.
